Delivery

Delivery throughout Europe (excluding the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and the Spanish islands);
Delivery in South Africa.

!! Import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient before delivery. !!

Customers should budget approximately 45% of the customs value, plus 15% VAT and customs clearance fees;
Dispatch within 15 working days (pre-orders);
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout;
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Any item ordered online must be returned via our online returns process;
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 calendar days to return the relevant product(s);
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging;
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
